I'm Bianca, founder of The Method Co.

I’ve worked alongside business owners, executives and leadership teams across small business, corporate, government and infrastructure environments. My experience spans business management, operations, executive support, people, projects, systems, finance administration and organisational change.

I’ve managed the day-to-day, supported senior executives, coordinated complex projects, improved systems and processes, helped restructure teams, recruited people and stepped into plenty of situations where someone simply needed to work out what had to happen next and make it happen.

That breadth means I’m comfortable working across the business rather than staying in one narrow lane. I can move from a leadership discussion to a process issue, project, people matter or operational problem and understand how the pieces connect.

I created The Method Co because as businesses grow, so do the demands on the people running them. More clients, more people, more projects and more decisions. What once lived comfortably in your head becomes harder to manage, priorities compete for attention and, before long, too much of the business can end up depending on you.

The challenge is rarely capability. More often, it’s capacity.

The Method Co was designed to give businesses access to experienced, senior-level support in a flexible way. I can step into the business, understand how things work quickly and become a trusted part of how priorities are managed and delivered.

I don't need everything to be perfectly documented before I can get started either. If the answer to “How does that work?”is “It’s mostly in my head”, that's usually something I can help with.
